Mr. Jinno has proven to me as a customer that he will always be able to reply immediately to my inquiries when I ask him, I feel comfortable even just keeping in touch with him on a regular basis.

It's not an easy thing to accomplish for many people, but Jinno-san is still doing what I've been saying since I first met him around the age of 30. To put it simply, "I vow to help my customers enrich their lives. They are people who can always rely on me when something goes wrong." Above all, I feel that the former has enriched my life by associating with Mr. Jinno as a friend.

The latter was especially felt when my best friend collapsed due to a cerebral infarction, which he gave top priority to and helped as much as he could. Despite that my friend wasn’t even a customer of Mr. Jinno.He doesn’t have a line between private and professional life, so I have been able to maintain a pleasant relationship with Mr. Jinno for a long time. On top of that, he never bothers me with any extra annoying sales. As a carefree friend, I am grateful I have someone like you in my life for anything, especially in case of an emergency.

I first met Mr. Jinno more than 20 years ago, when we were both young. At that time, I had just founded a venture company with my colleagues, and Mr. Jinno helped me with work, that kind of help wasn’t related to his sales. Then, I signed a contract with him. After that, time has passed, and my career and personal life have changed drastically. When something new happens, I get various consultations from him, not just about money. It is by no means general advice, but I am grateful that Mr. Jinno is always close by to help out, as he can respond and make suggestions based on my own unique outlook on life and lifestyle.

Rather than insurance sales and customers, sometimes we think about planning a business together as partners or friends. We share each other's life milestones and give advice, golf together, go drinking, or just relax and enjoy good conversation. I feel relieved to have created a relationship alongside a business partner who I can actually be myself genuinely with. I am grateful that knowing Mr. Jinno has added color and enriched my life as a result. It would be great if we could continue to have such relationship together in the future.

I have known Mr. Jinno for over 20 years now. At first, I was skeptical that salesmen would always be silver tongued fast-talkers. However, I soon felt that he instead expressed the feeling that he’s the kind of person who is willing to work hard for the other person, even if it has nothing to do with sales performance or his own profit. Our friendship gradually deepened when I saw how genuine and dedicated he truly was.

Before becoming acquainted with Mr. Jinno, many vendors and salesmen came and went. He of course works to make sales, however, he always comes to me when I need it and helps me no matter how difficult the task. Also, only Mr. Jinno has such a detailed after-sales follow-up, so he is in charge of all the management and maintenance of life insurance contracts.
